She then took the second game 216-204 to win the match 2-0 andsecure her place in the final. Laura Beuthner reached the title match from the other side of the bracket. TheGerman bowler defeated Denmark’s Sofie Kærgaard Nielsen 2-0 in the semifinal,winning 217-165 and 226-183. The final went all three games. Sillis won the opening game 205-189. Beuthner then answered in the secondgame, winning 238-235 by only three pins to force a deciding game. In the final game of the championship, Sillis closed the run with her highestgame of the title match. She defeated Beuthner 253-203 to win the Mastersgold. Beuthner earned silver for Germany.
