Here's a simple rundown of all the action and the standout moments from the weekend.

Saturday Matches Overview

IKW/Köping BK – Sundbybergs IK 13-7

Sundbyberg’s first match of the day was against IKW/Köping, who dominated with consistent performance. Leading 9-6 before the final series, Köping closed strongly with a 4-1 round to win 13-7. Köping's two young prodigies - Leo Norgren (194, 299, 236, 245) and Ossian Kinnari (259, 214, 246, 251) - led their team with solid performances (974 total and 970 total). Sundbyberg’s top scorer was William Dahlsten with 906 total (212, 239, 223, 232) over four games.

Team Clan Nässjö - BK Kaskad 14-6

Leaderboard rivals, Team Clan Nässjö (2) and BK Kaskad (3), faced off in what promised to be one of the weekend's most thrilling matches. However, it turned into a high-scoring victory for Clan. They established an early advantage by winning the first series 4-1 and maintained their dominance throughout, securing a 14-6 triumph. William Berggren delivered an impressive performance with a 980 series (248, 247, 248, 237), supported by teammate Anton Persson's 962 (221, 257, 216, 268). In Ängelholm, Full House and Bodens BS battled to a tie. Full House led 3-2 after the first round, but Boden gained control in the second and third rounds, leading 9-6 heading into the final series. However, Full House fought back to end the match in a 10-10 draw. After the game, Boden's Ludwig Ingerskog expressed his excitement over securing a point in such a tightly contested match, especially against Full House, known as one of the most consistent teams on their home turf. Adam Andersson (247, 222, 237, 184) and Teemu Putkisto (233, 226, 236, 194) delivered standout performances for Boden with scores of 890 and 889, respectively. Västerås SK – Sundbybergs IK 13-7

After a tough morning loss for IKW/Köping, Sundbyberg rebounded in their second match, decisively defeating Västerås. The team secured victory after three rounds, leading 12-2, so the last series was just a formality. Despite Västerås winning the final series 4-1, Sundbyberg claimed a 14-6 win. However, the team lost momentum in the third series, allowing Stureby to take a 5-0 sweep. The final series was closely contested, with Stureby edging out Pergamon by just 4 pins to secure a 3-2 series win and an overall 10-10 tie. Alex Joki, who scored 966 (290, 258, 206, 212), led Stureby, with teammate Jerry Ekman-Wogel close behind at 963 (215, 223, 279, 246).
