The regular season of the 2024/2025 Swedish Elitserien wrapped up this weekend with everything still on the line — from playoff battles to the fight for survival. Team Clan rose to the top of the standings with a dominant final performance, Team Alingsås grabbed the last playoff spot in a nail-biting finish, and BKF Falkenberg fell just short in their quest to avoid qualification play.

Saturday Matches Overview

Team Alingsås BC – IKW/Köping BK 11–9 In a must-win game for both sides, Alingsås edged out IKW/Köping in a tense back-and-forth battle to steal the final playoff ticket. After four closely contested series, the home side clinched it 3–2 in the last to take the match 11–9. Despite a strong showing from Köping, Alingsås' consistency proved just enough to move ahead on point differential — and celebrations quickly followed. James Blomgren led his team to victory with 1007 total over 4 games.

Team Pergamon – IKW/Köping BK 17–3 After a loss to Alingsås, IKW/Köping had one more chance to keep their playoff dreams alive, but Pergamon shut the door early. The reigning champions raced to a 13–2 lead after three series and finished with a dominant 17–3 win at home. With that, Alingsås’ playoff spot was officially secured. Pergamon's Markus Jansson scored a 300 in the first series and collected 1019 total over 4 games to lead his team.

BKF Falkenberg – Västerås SK 17–3 Falkenberg continued their late-season surge with a convincing win over already relegated Västerås. A total of 7258 and four players over 900 showed the team’s strength, led by Dennis Johansson with 953. The win kept Falkenberg in control of their own fate going into Sunday, keeping their hopes to avoid relegation game alive.

BK Full House – BK Kaskad 9–11 Kaskad kept their hopes of topping the table alive with a narrow away win against Full House — handing the home team their first loss on home lanes this season. All four series ended in close games by one point margin, with Kaskad winning the match 9-11. Emil Ågren led with 916.

IS Göta – BK Kaskad 14–6 Later that day, Kaskad couldn’t keep the momentum going. Göta, fighting to stay above the relegation line, delivered a clutch performance at home and won the final series 5–0 to close out a tighter match than the score suggests. Karl Wahlgren topped for Göta with 951, while Teodor Samuelsson led Kaskad with 976.

Stureby BK – Bodens BS 17–3 Stureby finished the season strong, locking in their Elitserien status with a solid home win. Dennis Eklund (969) and Filip Wendel (968) were standouts in a team performance that featured five players over 900. Boden’s best came from Adam Andersson, who posted 918.

Sunday Matches Overview

Team Clan Nässjö BK – Västerås SK 18–2 Clan finished the regular season with a statement victory that lifted them past Pergamon and secured first place in the standings. They led 14–1 after three series and ended with a stunning 7471 total. Kevin Lindbladh led the team with 1007, followed closely by Robin Ilhammar (975) and Peter Hellström (967). Johan Brunnsberg topped Västerås with 851.

BKF Falkenberg – BK Kaskad 7–13 Falkenberg needed one more win to leap ahead of Göta, but Kaskad had other plans. After leading 5–0 early, Kaskad closed strong with another 5–0 finish in the last series. Rasmus Samuelsson (953) and Teodor Samuelsson (931) powered the visitors, while Dennis Johansson led Falkenberg with 904. The loss means Falkenberg will now face relegation game to stay in the top division.

Sundbybergs IK – Bodens BS 10–10 The final match of the season ended in a draw after Sundbyberg narrowly won the last series 3–2 to tie the score at 10–10. Peter Nymark (955) and Mikail Andersson (930) led the hosts, while Axel Simonsson (936) and Ludwig Ingerskog (900) were top performers for Boden.
