The 2024/2025 regular season of the Swedish Ladies Elitserien came to a dramatic end in Falköping, with everything from playoff spots to relegation battles being decided. Team X-Calibur claimed the top spot after a thrilling 10–10 draw against Spader Dam, while AIK and BK Högland locked in their places for the SM-slutspel. At the bottom, Hallandia was relegated, and both Stånga IF and B-K Eva will face qualification play.

Saturday Matches Overview

BK Högland – AIK BK 10–9 Högland kept their playoff hopes alive with a razor-thin win over AIK in one of the tightest matches of the weekend. Despite AIK winning the total pinfall and seeing a huge 972 series from Peppi Konsteri, it was Högland who edged the points, led by Judith Friman’s 944.

AIK BK – Stånga IF 15–5 After the frustrating loss earlier in the day, AIK bounced back with authority. The match was even at 5–5 after two series, but AIK dominated the second half to secure their SM-slutspel spot for the first time in years. Konsteri starred again with 963.

BK Merci – B-K Eva 13–6 Merci stayed alive in the playoff chase with a convincing win over Eva, keeping pressure on Högland ahead of Sunday’s finale. Alice Lindqvist led her team to victory with 900 total over four games.

Team X-Calibur – BK Hallandia 14–6 X-Calibur kicked off their weekend with a strong showing against Hallandia. Josefin Hermansson (962) and Kajsa Samuelsson (955) led the way, and the team maintained their grip on first place.

Team X-Calibur – B-K Eva 16–3 In the afternoon, X-Calibur followed up with another dominant win, this time over B-K Eva. Victoria Johansson posted 945 as X-Calibur built momentum heading into the final day.

BK Högland – Spader Dam 8–12 Spader Dam staged a huge comeback after trailing 7–3 halfway through the match. With two series over 1700, they closed it out with a dominant 9–1 second half to secure the win. Katrin Jansson led the way with 876, followed by Anna Andersson with 867 and Nora Johansson with 864.

Sunday Matches Overview

Stånga – Spader Dam IF 4–16 Before the big showdown with X-Calibur, Spader Dam cruised past Stånga. Five players surpassed the 800 total line, with Emma Halttunen leading the team with 893. The win set up a final clash for the regular season crown.

BK Hallandia – BK Högland 4-16 Högland secured their playoff spot with a dominant win, eliminating Merci from the race. That result also put pressure on Hallandia, who now needed a favorable result in their final game to avoid relegation. Emma Friant led her team to victory with 861 total.

BK Merci – AIK BK 11–9 Merci carried over their good form and shocked already-qualified AIK, keeping spirits high going into their last game against Hallandia. Alice Lindqvist of BK merci was spectacular, scoring 919 total.

Team X-Calibur – Spader Dam 10–10 It all came down to this. In a back-and-forth battle, X-Calibur led 7–3 at the halfway mark before Spader Dam stormed back. At 9–9 going into the final game, it came down to a single lane — and Victoria Johansson’s clutch point earned X-Calibur the 10–10 result they needed to finish first in the standings with 38 points, two ahead of Spader Dam. Emma Halttunen scored 953 to lead Spader Dam, while Victoria Johansson scored 912 for X-Calibur.

BK Merci – BK Hallandia 11–9 In the final match of the regular season, Merci sealed Hallandia’s fate. Despite having everything to play for, Hallandia came up short. Alice Lindqvist shone again, scoring 884 to lead BK Merci to victory.
