After a full stretch of semifinals at Sarawak Megalanes in Kuching, Malaysia, the gold-medal matches are now known in singles, doubles, team and mixed team events.

Some countries still have more than one shot at gold. Team USA has already locked up gold and silver in girls’ singles. Singles

The boys’ singles final will be Australia against Sweden.

Julian Dinham of Australia reached the final with a 2-0 win over New Zealand’s Ben Pettit. Dinham won the first game 229-197, then followed with one of the biggest games of the semifinal round, shooting 290 to close the match 290-229.

On the other side of the bracket, Sweden’s Emil Svensson also moved through in two straight games. He defeated Team USA’s Landin Jordan 235-207 and 232-218.

That sets up Dinham against Svensson for the boys’ singles world title.

The girls’ singles final will be all Team USA.

Gianna Brandolino came from behind to beat Singapore’s Shi En Lim in three games. Lim won the opener 246-201, but Brandolino answered with 280-198 and then finished the match with a 225-163 win in the decider.

Katelyn Abigania also needed three games to reach the final. Singapore’s Hazel Tan Wei Ning took the first game 228-192, but Abigania came back with 201-172 and 224-190 to win the match.
