The penultimate round of the Swedish Elitserien was packed with drama, big scores, and major playoff implications. BK Kaskad secured their playoff spot with another strong home performance, while Team Clan hosted one of the most high-scoring matches of the season. IKW/Köping BK strengthened their grip on the final playoff position, and BK Full House bounced back with an important Sunday win.


Saturday Matches Overview


BKF Falkenberg – Team Alingsås BC 13–7

Falkenberg grabbed a crucial home win in their battle to avoid relegation play. After leading 7–3 halfway through the match, they held off a fighting Alingsås team to seal the result in the final series. Falkenberg's Hampus Nilsson led his team to victory with a solid 959 performance, while James Blomgren led the Alingsås with 985 total.


BK Kaskad – BK Full House 16–4

Kaskad extended their unbeaten home streak and clinched a playoff spot with a commanding win. They dominated from the first series, jumping to a 5–0 lead and wrapping up the match early with a 13–2 advantage after three of the four series. Teodor Samuelsson led the way with a 957 series. Kaskad posted a 6683 team total, while Full House managed 6032. J-D Mortensen topped the visitors with 837.


Team Clan Nässjö BK – Team Alingsås BC 12–8

In a wild, high-scoring battle, Team Clan outlasted Alingsås in what turned into a true strike fest. The match featured three perfect 300 games and a combined total of 15,181 pins. Clan secured the win in the final frames, with standout performances from Linus Vedin (1067, including a 300), Pontus Andersson (1054), and Robin Ilhammar (1031). James Blomgren (1053) and Alexander Flodin (1024) rolled big numbers for Alingsås, who lost both Saturday matches — a major blow to their playoff hopes.

IKW/Köping BK – BK Full House 12–8

Köping took a major step toward securing the final playoff spot with a narrow win at home. After edging the first two series 3–2 each, the score remained tight at 8–7 going into the last. The hosts held on, winning the final series by a razor-thin 1774–1748 margin. Marcus Karlsson (965) and Carl Eklund (928) led Köping, while Full House had strong efforts from Raymond Teece (956) and Kevin Vöcks Andersson (927).


Västerås SK BK – BK Full House 7–13

Full House wrapped up their weekend with a solid win over Västerås, securing their Elitserien spot for next season. They dominated the first three series, building an 11–4 lead and easing to victory. Ben Robinson was the top scorer for Full House with 1023. Västerås’ best came from Tommy Sarlin, who posted a 972 series.


Looking Ahead


With one round remaining, Team Pergamon, Clan, and Kaskad are locked into playoff spots. The fourth and final place will likely be decided when Alingsås hosts IKW/Köping next weekend — a high-stakes match that could determine the final playoff picture.
