The Motiv Open 2025 has concluded at Brno Bowling Center in the Czech Republic, with local talent Matyáš Mňačko winning the title after an mindblowing final round that came down to a single pin.
Mňačko, who finished third in qualification with a total of 1,416 over six games, advanced directly to Final Step 2, where he immediately took command. His 724 total over three games, highlighted by a stunning 279 in Game 2, led the 20-player field.
In Final Step 3, his scores of 200 and 236 added to his previous total, just enough to edge into the fourth and final qualifying position for the stepladder finals - by only 15 pins.
The final was played in elimination format, where the lowest-scoring bowler was knocked out after each game. Mňačko navigated the first two rounds and then edged Šimon Hrušovský by the narrowest margin - 223 to 222 - to win the title.
