The European Youth Championships 2026 concluded with the Masters finals, where the final European champions of the week were crowned in dramatic head-to-head battles.

In the Girls Masters, France’s Manon Clement captured the European title after defeating Sweden’s Saga Johansson in a three-game final.

Clement closed the match with a powerful 267–226 performance to secure the gold medal.

Masters gold became the only gold medal in the girls division that Sweden did not win at these championships.

In the Boys Masters, Slovakia’s Matúš Hrušovský claimed the European crown after overcoming Sweden’s Philip Strandgren in the final 2–1.

Team Competition

Yesterday, the Team and All-Event medals were also decided at the European Youth Championships 2026.

In the Girls Team event, Sweden confirmed their dominance with a strong performance in the final against the Czech Republic.

Elin Bergqvist, Lova Nilsson, Elissa Mehmet, and Saga Johansson combined for 922 to defeat the Czech team’s 824 and secure the gold medal.

The Boys Team final delivered high scoring from both sides, but Denmark proved strongest when it mattered most.

Denmark's Tobias Kastfelt Bryde, Oscar Emil Porskrog, Buster Mads Christensen, and Lasse G. Thomsen posted 971 in the gold medal match to defeat Norway’s 942.

The All-Event medals were awarded to the players with the highest total pinfall across 18 qualification games, combining Singles, Doubles, and Team scores.

In the Girls division, Sweden’s Saga Johansson finished with 4015 total pins, averaging 223.1 for the week, claiming gold. Germany’s Fiona Lindemann secured silver with 3870, while France’s Manon Clement took bronze with 3864.

In the Boys division, Denmark’s Tobias Kastfelt Bryde led the standings with 4228, averaging nearly 235 across the tournament. Czech Republic’s Jaroslav Zapletal followed closely with 4214, while Malta’s Nicolai Mallia rounded out the podium with 4163.
