PBA Expands Management Team to Drive League Growth Globally

Lucky Strike Entertainment and Professional Bowlers Association (PBA), the world’s premier organization dedicated to the sport of bowling and elite professional competition, today announced the expansion of its leadership with the appointment of Jeff Lesser as VP of Global Brand Partnerships and Eric Todoroff as Senior Brand Marketing Manager.

Lesser will lead global sponsorship, media sales, and licensing for both the PBA and Lucky Strike Entertainment’s OnLocation platform, while Todoroff will drive fan engagement across the PBA's digital channels and expand its online presence. Both will report directly to CEO Peter Murray.

“Both Jeff and Eric bring unique experiences in their respective fields. Jeff has a strong track record of growing properties, monetizing sports IP, and building commercial partnerships, while Eric arrives with a stellar combination of creativity and data-driven strategy within sports,” said Murray. “As we enter a new chapter of innovation within the PBA and Lucky Strike, their results-driven acumen and leadership will be pivotal for elevating our brand experience and driving sustainable long-term growth.”

Lesser previously worked at Macerich as VP of Business Development, overseeing media and sponsorship monetization strategy for the country’s third-largest mall owner, spanning 40+ Class A retail destinations and reaching 275 million annual visitors.

He also launched WeWork’s first Brand Partnerships division, leveraging media, activations, content, and experiences across 200+ locations in the US and Canada. Lesser has also worked with Travelzoo, the Miami Dolphins, Hudson Yards, and AVP Beach Volleyball.

He began his career in professional sports with organizations including the St. Louis Blues, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Brooklyn Nets & Barclays Center. He is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis.

Todoroff, a Miami native with a career in sports and higher‑education marketing, has previously worked with the Miami Dolphins, Miami Marlins, University of Miami, and Florida State University Football. He’s been hands-on across social, content, and performance marketing, moving between creative work and data-driven strategy. He earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University and a master's degree in Sport Administration from the University of Miami.

“I am focused on taking the PBA brand to the next level and developing new audiences with engaging content that tells our story worldwide,” said Todoroff. “Our team is energized for what’s ahead as we transform the perception of bowling into a new generation of innovation.”

The PBA ranks higher than Major League Baseball, the National Hockey League, WNBA, National Women’s Soccer League, and Major League Soccer for live event audiences.
