Cam Crowe won his first PBA Regional title at the 2026 PBA Celeste Walker Midwest-Central Open.
Crowe, who was one of the stars in the HBO series “Born to Bowl,” entered the stepladder finals as the No. 2 seed. He then won two matches to claim the title.
In the semifinal, Crowe faced PBA Tour champion AJ Johnson, who had earlier defeated Jeff Mann 258-221. Crowe left no room for a comeback in the match, rolling 12 straight strikes for a perfect game.
In the final, Crowe met top seed Josh Hammons. The match stayed close heading into the final frames, but Crowe finished with four straight strikes to secure the title with the 211-180 win.
Together with the title Crowe earned the $3,000 prize. He also received a direct spot in the PTQ for PBA Tour events, which was quickly joked about by AJ Johnson after the event.
