The first Professional Bowlers Association (PBA) Tour event of the season also marks the kickoff of the PBA Elite League: Battle of the Brands. With the PBA Delaware Classic starting today, bowling ball manufacturers have finalized their rosters, setting the stage for this exciting competition.
In 2025, the PBA’s flagship team event gets a fresh new format, leveraging the passionate fanbase behind bowling brands and highlighting the rivalries among them. Eight teams, each representing a major bowling ball manufacturer—Brunswick, DV8, Ebonite, 900 Global, Hammer, MOTIV, Roto Grip, and Storm—will compete for points at every PBA Tour event. The total points accumulated throughout the season will determine team rankings for the live PBA Elite League: Battle of the Brands event, scheduled for April 25-27.
While team rosters include 8 to 10 players, brand managers must select five players before each singles title event on the 2025 PBA Tour. Only the points earned by these selected players will contribute to their team’s total score.
