Essi Pakarinen won her second consecutive title at Women's Championship, while Tomas Käyhkö became the first Finn to win the Men's Championship for the third time in a row.

Essi Pakarinen defeated Roosa Lundén in the final match with a score of 458–414. Pakarinen won the opening match by three pins 221–218, but the second game belonged to her completely, which she won by a mile 237–196.

'It feels damn good, can't help it! It's great to win twice in a row,' Pakarinen said.

In Men's Championship, 26-year-old Tomas Käyhkö defeated Joonas Jehkinen 472-461 to write his name in the history books as the only player ever to win Men's Championship three times in a row. Käyhkö and Jehkinen met a year ago in the final match of the Finnish championship.

'It feels wonderful and it's hard to even imagine that this came true,' Käyhkö said after his golden performance.
