Michael Davidson led the Pre-Tournament Qualifier (PTQ) at the PBA Tournament of Champions.
Davidson posted a total of 1,695 pins over seven games, averaging 242 and finishing first among the 12 players who advanced into the main field in Fairlawn, Ohio.
Tim Foy followed in second place with 1,617, while Nicholas Pate took third with 1,612. Andrew Hall finished fourth with 1,611, just one pin behind Pate. Ryan Barnes and Zach Weidman tied for fifth place, each totaling 1,565.
Brian Robinson claimed seventh place with 1,562, followed by Brett Lloyd in eighth with 1,553. Casey Cohagan placed ninth with 1,546, and Jeff Mann completed the top 10 with 1,514.

Alexander Horton secured the 11th position with 1,512, while Sean Lavery-Spahr, who finished second in PBA Roth/Holman Doubles Championship last week, claimed the final advancing spot in 12th place with 1,510. Full results can be found here.
These 12 players now join a field of 60 PBA champions, who will battle for one of the season’s major titles. Sweden’s Jesper Svensson will return as the defending champion.
The tournament begins with qualifying rounds starting Wednesday, April 22. After three rounds of qualifying, the field will be cut to the top 24 for match play.
Match play continues through Friday, April 24, before the top five players advance to the stepladder finals.
The championship round will be broadcast live on The CW on Sunday, April 26 at 4 p.m. ET.
