BowlingGP NextGen Teams Reims Thillois 2027 is a youth team and doubles tournament on 6 and 7 March 2027 at Bowling Plaza Reims Thillois, in Thillois near Reims, France. It is part of the EBT Youth and FFBSQ Masters calendars and is open to bowlers under 21, with handicap bonuses for the younger bowlers and for women.
Organiser and venue
The event is organised by the BSC Kings and Queens CBA Reims club under the BowlingGP name. The centre has 22 lanes with Brunswick equipment and Brunswick Sync scoring. The lanes are oiled with a Kegel Flex machine, and the pattern is prepared by Stijn Desodt.
Two events
Teams can enter the 4Team event, the Doubles event, or both, since one 4Team counts as two doubles pairs. Capacity is 18 teams of four bowlers. Players choose their own teams, and each team gets a bonus per game based on the age and gender mix.
Format
Both events start with six qualifying games on Saturday and Sunday. The Doubles semifinals are pool matches played Baker style, and the 4Teams play round-robin match play in three pools of six. The top four in each event move to a knockout Final4, where each game starts from zero and a title match decides the winner. The awards follow at 17:00 on Sunday.
Entry and deadline
A 4Team entry costs €380. Payment is made online in advance, and the place is only confirmed after payment.
Prizes
The total prize and rewards package is €12,000, with trophies and prizes for the Final4 places in both events. Extra awards go to the best girls and boys series, the best local bowler, the top scratch game and a perfect 300.
